Orphanwood Ike

This big stout son of Wilywood is a cowboy's dream horse. He has excellent feet, heavy bone, a great set of withers, size, speed, is a tremendous traveler and has more than enough cow savvy to get any job done. Above all "Ike" has that quiet, willing disposition that Driftwood horses are famous for. We are very excited about this stud and what his outcross genetics will add to our breeding program. We have several foal crops on the ground out of him and we are extremely impressed with their looks, minds, dispositions, and colors! Lynn has been using him to do pick up work at the Miles City Bucking Horse Sale and Ike has done a very nice, calm job. He has been started on roping and seems to be a natural. He and Lance placed first in heading at a recent roping where there were over 700 runs! Many of his offspring are already turning heads at brandings and ropings.
